I visited the family home. The building has been recently renovated. New roofing and porch. Early in the morning I noticed on the fence the black redstart (Phoenicurus ochruros), who was watching me. I realized that it is near the nest. After a brief observation I saw it in the slot of a new roof with gutter. For three days I watched the black redstart nearby hunts for insects and brings them to the chicks. I noticed that every time cleans manure from the slot. This bird gives the impression of a cheerful still crouching. I took a few photos that I put below.
